No return, exchange or refund
If the time limit is passed, we will not be able to process your return. No exceptions will be allowed.
Conditions and eligibility for returns:
Product condition: Bikini Village reserves the right to refuse any return of merchandise that does not meet one of the following conditions: If the item has been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Price tags must still be attached and the sanitary protection must not have been removed. No returns, or refunds.
Exchange: We are unable to process exchanges by mail. You must return your merchandise and place a new order with the new size.
Promotion: Please note that returning items purchased during a promotion may void the terms of that offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new sales terms. No returns, or refunds for cosmetic products and jewelry.
Refunds: You will get a refund according to the original payment method.
Modifications or Cancellations of an Online Purchase: Online purchases cannot be cancelled or modified after payment has been received. You may place a new order with the desired items and proceed to the return of the order requiring a modification or cancellation.

The returned merchandise must meet the terms, conditions and eligibility below.
A fee of $15.00 USD will be deducted from your refund when you return by mail with the prepaid return label.
Procedure
- Prepare your return request by downloading the return form.
- Follow the instructions and complete all sections of the return form.
- Email the form at customercare@bikinivillage.com;
- A customer service representative will contact you within the next two business days with the proper documentation for the return;
- Print and include these documents with the merchandise that is being returned. The return label will expire if not used within 10 days;
- Drop off the package at a post office near you and keep the carrier's tracking number.
If the procedure is not respected or elements are missing, the return may not be processed and the merchandise will be returned at the customer's expense.
